Q: What is the best way to communicate content changes to Designs of the 5 Domains?
A: Please do not simply state individual specific changes you want. This method is difficult to follow and understand. Instead, send Designs of the 5 Domains a copy of the section of content you want changed and send a copy of the re-written new content you want.
For example, Do NOT do this:
“Dear MyD5D:
I am not sure if we had the University of California sentence first on my site but it is not nearly as important as the second sentence so these need to be flip flopped.
also needs to be taken out of the second sentence. The medical magazine where it says “doing surgery and emergency care for “needs to follow that, and delete it out of the end of the sentence. Then there needs to be a period there not a comma there and start a new sentence. The last sentence take the “and “out and make it two sentences. Add “the award” to the last sentence when you make it a sentence of its own.”
Instead, DO THIS:
Dear MyD5D:
I have a couple changes of content.
